Germans bought 350per cent more real estates on Florida

According to the research of German companies selling real estates on Florida the year-on-year increase of sale to german clients was up to 350 per cent higher in comparison with the same time period of years 2006 and 2007. The biggest interest is paid to houses in price range up to 500.000USD. Considering areas, the biggest interest is paid to Fort Myers and Cape Coral which is due to price decrease in these areas.
