JP Morgan: The end of price decrease on the Real estate market

The end of decrease on the real estates market in the USA is within eyeshot. The general director of JP Morgan bank Chase Jamie Dimon stated at yesterday International economical forum conference in Davos that the difficulties with mortgages for less reliable clients would solve itselves and all the obliged matters had been done.

„The estate market in the USA was just a bubble which has popped and the second-rate mortgages were the first target,“ said the director in Davos. „It will solve itself and I think it has already happened so from the half.“

Dimon refused to agree if the USA is in the recession or not. On the other side he appreciated the current monetary policy of the American Central Bank. FED surprisingly decreased the bank base rate by 0,75 of percentage point.
