Price progress after 2009 Election

American Investmen banks suppose a growth of a real estate market after the Presidetial election in 2009. Everything depends on the politics of American central bank and the bank base rate which FED has been decreasing. Unfortunately the estimation is that first increase in price for a property will take effect in 1Q and 2Q in 2010.
